2. How do I place an order?
Just fill out one of our on line forms, send us Email, a FAX or call our toll free number 1-800-932-0180  describing what you want and when you need it.  You must include a daytime and evening phone number and shipping address (U.P.S. does not accept P.O. Box addresses).   We will review your order and Email a confirmation and price. 

If you are ordering for a company, government agency, school or municipality, we accept purchase orders on organization letter head. We also accept Visa and Mastercard.   Otherwise, a check or money order is required prior to shipping.

3. Why can't I order directly on-line?
We would like to speak to you. You are purchasing a custom product, a few minutes spent in a conversation with our designers assures you of getting the exact product you want, and it does not cost you a penny more!  

4. Can you send me a catalog?
We no longer send out hard copy catalogs.  The catalogs that cover all of our products fill an entire book case.   We have placed representative samples of our products on our web site. Assume that if you can design it, we can make it. 

5. Do you accept credit cards?
YES. We accept Visa and Master Card. 

6. How do we give you a design or logo and what is the price? 
Designs / Logos should be sent to us in "camera ready" format. There is a one-time charge of $75.00 dollars for set-up. Once we have the logo in our system, the logo charge on a bronze / stone / brick / project will be additional depending on the detail of the logo and size completed.

7. What is the shipping charge?
We use UPS and freight companies to determine the lowest cost by weight. When you receive the proof, you will receive the quote for shipping. 

8. Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, you can return any project if it is damaged from shipping or if any error is made from the approved proof sheet to the actual engraving for up to 10 days from delivery.  

9. Do you have a minimum order?
No. We do not have a minimum order.

10. How long does it take to receive the order? 
Once we receive the information, we will convert the information into our system and send a proof sheet. Once we receive the approval, we will send the order out within four to eight weeks.  

11. How should we send you the orders?
You can send them by e-mail, fax, mail, or by contacting our sales support staff at 1-800-932-0180.
